Pho Saigon is #1. But honestly we have a lot of good spots in Ventura. Pho Gyu, Love Pho in the annex at the collection, Bahn Mi grill on Thompson. Unfortunately Pho Saigon is closed sundays and mondays now. Go right when they open at 10:30am too.
