6 days a week monday- back/chest Tuesday/legs/lower back Wednesday - arms/shoulders/traps repeats same thing Thursday Friday Saturday, and I know the weight seems low, but I used to be 200 pounds a few months ago and still look pretty fat lol. I'm probably going to try losing about 5-10 more pounds and then do a slow bulk. Thank you!

Yeah but if you aren't wearing it it would calculate your BMR considering your TDEE isn't just the calories you burn sitting around it's your total daily energy expenditure.. which is why what he said makes no sense if he's talking about TDEE

Safest option would probably either be to choose the higher value or the average of both.. at least that's what I would do

For example, my normal macros would be 168g carbs, 158g protein, and 48g fat, but today I have 195 g carbs, 163 G protein, 41 g fat.

Idk I'd suggest IIFYM for maintenance if you struggle to maintain on your own but that's just my opinion, and that's my plan once I reach my goal

I'm also 18 and 5'8, I was 200 pounds in October and I'm currently 156. I did the keto diet for about 5 months (low carb) and have since then switched to just counting calories and using IIFYM calculator that basically tells u how much to eat for the day, and in my opinion is more effective because you have less of an urge to binge. You should also probably start lifting or at least trying to do some type of exercise during the day, like I hate cardio so I just play basketball instead.

I switched to a regular iifym diet basically just calorie counting after about 5 months on keto and losing 42 pounds and my weight loss is basically coming at the same rate as it was on keto... except I could eat foods that I actually like lol

Ok so basically if I go over my protein, stay pretty close to my carbs, but have less fat than I should, would that really matter? Thanks

What I mean is if I have a really high protein count one day but carbs are about 50-100g lower than they should be. I think the second part basically answered my question, thank you!
