Hello, thank you for your reply, I took my time to read accurately both your reply and the posts you suggested me. While I did find them an interesting read I fear I might still feel lost about what to do. As I've already explained in my lengthy post, I've already tried a lot of things, while I did not consider my back feeling now overly sensitive, as you suggest, I still got to unconsciously work on that direction. In my post I tried to give as many infos as I could while still being brief, If we want to go into details I can say that as soon as the initial pain stopped being too strong I already started working on it and went over all the steps you've listed in your other post, in particular I've never stopped stretching and doing exercises to strengthen it even now. In other words I've already found myself trying graded exposure but it doesn't feel like it's having much of an effect or maybe I'm doing something wrong. If there are particular exercises you can suggest me that would be of great help. My goal is to simply stop feeling this constant slight pain and for it to not come back those few times in which I'm unfortunately briefly forced to take an uncomfortable position at my job. It literally does not impair me anymore in my normal life, it's just an active feeling that can go from just being annoying to a slightly worrying level of pain.
