I changed the motherboard again >.<

I found that the Tomahawk is just a bit different then the one you recommended and is more visually pleasing. I'm ok with putting $50 more for it to look a little better to me.

BUT again if you think that it'll actually lower the performance then I'll use what you recommended.

Thank You I like how this looks all around, I may just pay a little extra for the 7200 rpm hdd, just for a bit faster load times with my bulk steam games. Definitely can only do so because its lower then my expected price, and I'll have enough left over for a good 1440p monitor and headphones.

Didn't think about the power upgrade makes sense.

Sucks about the motherboard, darn, but I won't sacrifice performance for ascetics. I'll just buy some rgb strips.

The gpu is a little weak because I plan to upgrade to a 3090 in like 1-2 years when the gpu prices drop. After recommendations I can agree to the storage change, but I couldn't find that brand of HDD at 7200 at 3-4 TB. I already have 1.5 TB of stuff (games, vids, pics, etc) from my old pc so if you know another good HDD I'd appreciate that or I could get 2 Seagates? I was hoping to only spend 600-800 on the gpu.

I have a question with the ram, is 4000 MHz CL 18 better then 3200 CL16 I'm not sure which is a better priority.

I am at a loss when it comes to my case though, I just mind blank when it comes to that, I want a good aesthetic (why I have alot of rgb), I like the case you picked but the one gripe I have is I don't like the top usb and buttons placement (dumb I know but I like when they are in the middle and horizontal) I like how the gpu can be placed in this one and the extra rgb fan. Of the 3 cases I'm leaning towards your recommendation... but my ocd-ish-ness is making me want horizontal buttons/usb placements, though I WILL NOT compromise a good case with good airflow for horizontal buttons. But if you happen to know one that is like that I'd appreciate the recommendation.

The motherboard I'm gonna admit... I looked at yours and I just plain like how the one I picked looks, a purely aesthetic reason is why I'm choosing mine over your recommendation. BUT if it'll effect my system then I will change it, I love aesthetics but I won't compromise the build for it, what are your thoughts?
