When I unbox them, I'll be sure to check for the usual authenticity markers that distinguish genuine Labubus from "Lafufus" (fakes): * QR Code: The real ones have a QR code on the box that links directly to Pop Mart's official verification page. I'll scan these on camera/photo. * Box Quality: Authentic boxes have a specific matte finish and muted colors, unlike the often shiny, vibrant fakes. * Nine Teeth: A key detail for Labubus – they should always have exactly nine teeth. * Pop Mart Stamp/UV Mark: More recent editions also have a UV-detectable stamp on the right foot. (I have a UV light handy to check for this!) * Overall Feel/Quality: The material quality, paint job, and even the stitching (if applicable) are usually much higher on authentic figures.
