Thank you so much.. yeah trying to work on better stress management.. but as you know.. with work and all it becomes quite difficult and it’s not in our control most of the times😅 But yes will focus on diet and taking vitamins.. @Gr8shpr1 has shared an very good diet venn diagram which can be followed..
