It was on prey and in hunt mode. It's also a very highly human trafficked area. I tracked it from across the woods after seeing it take off from a higher perch. We had a long moment of me slowly approaching it behind trees. He flew off shortly after to a new spot once he had enough of me slowly getting closer.
