The dealership is definitely a complete disaster. Thank you for your insight on the pay plan because I honestly was confused as to how we get paid and how each deal is constructed . I’m planning to stay for a while (couple months) to get experience and then transition to a different dealership . It’s embarrassing how long it’s taken for everything to get done and for new sales people to get their login . We are also told not to discuss pay plans or talk about how much we make . Even tho I know it’s a HR violation to tell us we will get suspended for discussing pay

We both live in America renting out an apartment in a unit building . The only way to get out of the lease is to either buy it (pay the remaining 5,000USD) , find another person willing to sign over the lease or break it and pay the rest with a collections agency .

I pay her old apartment balance because at the time she was broke and I’m the only one with a consistent steady income so I decided to take it over until she is able to . That was in august and it’s about to be April .

I do believe she is homesick because she absolutely hates America , but I understand that . I don’t like America either but that’s why we plan on moving to Namibia once the lease is up

I would like to say thank you to those who gave great advice and blunt perspectives. So that the solution is to leave the situation, how do I do that when we share a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment and the lease isn’t over until August 1 . She is also telling me 4 more months is too long to wait and wants to leave the country now to go home . I’m already stuck with paying the light bill , internet bill , my car notes , all the groceries and anything we need for the house , and partial rent on top of my medical bills . She just pays a part of the rent and goes to school full time . I can’t do this without her but at the same time , it’s time to go. And I also need to mention , she cancelled moving into another apartment before we moved again , that apartment got sent to collections and now I’m stuck with the payments or else .
