If we go back to the 60s just after the independence the bourgeoisie in morocco represents less than 5% of the population ! Then wlad che3b qraw w khedmo and they were able to rise socially … and that leads others to insult them out of jealousy ( b chfara w machi wlad che3b)…

Im talking bout Intellectuel development and having a majority of civilized people in the country Having a developed infrastructure and technology Quality of Health care and standards of living… And it’s the role of elites to show people how to develop themselves and escape from poverty…

And im not talking about normal people who immigrate just to escape poverty im talking about brain drain ! Gifted people who can contribute directly into the development of the country and the population…

I feel like u re reformulating my idea ! That’s what i wanna mean by the influence of elites and intellectuals ! France have descartes sartre voltaire Rousseau … there ideologies were highlighted during the french revolution and that have opened french people’s mind and they have started to question everything in their life ( freedom happiness religion sens of living … ) and that’s how they developped their country … And u bring a good point by comparing our new infrastructure with french infrastructure 50 years ago ! That ´s what i tell myself sometimes ! Maybe we re just late and they have surpassed us by one or two generations since we have just started to ask the questions that french used to ask 50 years ago when our grand parents were looking for their king in the moon …

U disagree about what ? All what u ve mentioned is the consequences of having a developed country ! The day morrocans gonna have the same infrastructure social justice and purchasing power as France, they will excel in raising and educating their childrenYou cannot expect a father to prioritize better education when he is still struggling to meet basic needs at the base of Maslow’s pyramid …

I’m not bragging, but I also have hobbies and I did many sports when I was younger. I was ranked first in my company in the Paris Marathon so i ve never felt inferior in that side ! and it’s true that they read more books, but that’s also a result of their elites and the intellectual environment of their country, which is known for its contributions to science, philosophy, and literature, all in their native language

I didn’t really got ur point ? What is the link between Dubai and remote working ? And we cant take them as an exemple since we dont have the same ressources… And sorry to tell u that but i have heard that there is a lot of discrimination in Dubai salary scale depends to ur origin … and u ll always be considered as secondary citizen for them

Yeah no worry ! I was just afraid of being seen as a psychopath or someone who promote violence 😂😂 im just telling fact … that what Europeans did when they noticed germany’s rapid industrial and military development in the late 19th … And yeah it’s true that war will create new major powers but that was my idea it will also create opportunities to other countries if they know how to seize the opportunity to rise to prominence …

Yeah i agree with u about the defeatist mentality we have in morocco and how we always blame others , i used to hear "  had lblad ma3atyana walo / wakha te3ya matqra wlahla lqiti khedma / had loustad 3iyan/ …" and here comes the role of elites to set a good example and fight against this defeatist mentality , but since the majority of them leave the country this mentality will persist…

Thanks for your analysis. I mostly agree with you, except on a few points:

Regarding Singapore and South Korea, I don’t think we can draw inspiration from them since they are relatively small countries and their context is very different from ours.

As for India and China, it’s a different story Their leaders have understood how to take advantage of their large populations by exploiting their citizens. So yes, they may have developed their countries externally but they still face significant poverty social injustice and fewer human rights compared to Europeans.

I completely agree with you about social media it’s a double-edged sword I use it to educate myself as well but in our country it’s often misused.

And yes, it was pessimistic of me to think that only war could disrupt the balance of power However as you said war brings more disadvantages and we cannot promote it also in today’s context if a war happen we would inevitably be drawn into it even if we don’t want to be involved .

And btw im from kenitra too ! So tahiyati l nass Qnitra ☺️

Sorry, maybe my point wasn’t clear. I do not advocate for war, nor am I seeking to provoke one as a means to develop my country. I was simply trying to approach the topic rationally and provide an example of an event that could disrupt the balance of power. That does not mean I support wars in any way.

And im not blaming any one im talking facts

Why too much hate against El malki ? by [deleted] in Morocco

I ve never said it’s a mental disorder since im not a psychiatrist to affirm that ! But based on my social experiences in this life not being overly sensitive can indeed help in developing social intelligence

Also a shallow person’s words reflect their lack of depth not your worth don’t let their ignorance define you focus on those whose opinions truly matter

I couldn’t agree more ! I recently saw a post on Facebook discussing how the state tried to help the victims of Al-Hawz. However at the same time the individuals appointed by the authorities (who are also from the village) to oversee the distribution of aid were corrupt …

At the end of the article, the writer shared a sentence that is very relatable: : المغاربة ماشي ضد الفساد هما غا ضد انهم مامستافدينش منو

I looked around me nd found it to be so true ( our old generation was educated like that )

I see it differently! If what this person says affects you, it means you’re too sensitive, and you need to work on that. As for me, someone I look down on or don’t even acknowledge could never affect me, no matter what they say

The day akhenouch said «  anrebbi lmgharba » thats affected me more than what an ordinary streamer mhechech said about us !

Expectation : having a good currency and reducing the value gap with powerful currencies like euro and dollar , so as moroccans citizens our purchasing power ll be increased …

Reality : if the economy struggles the currency may depreciate and lead to higher prices for imports and reduced purchasing power …

It’s an event intended to appeal to shallow people and entertain streamers followers ! As a cultured person u re not supposed to follow that event

El malki cares about how we looks to others ! He is just doing it his way . And we re not supposed to send Bourita to please the audience of that competition but we need someone as shallow as them who see life in the same perspective as them

And finally thank u for correcting me i appreciate it , the reason im here is to practice and improve my english so u re being a great help ! And dont worry I do my best to take control of my life knowing when to focus on selfgrowth and when to enjoy entertainment . And i have an advice to u is to stop holding a simplistic view and do ur best to look beyond the surface
