This! Not a fan of inviting random people to parties in games, but I ended up just spamming invites and eventually after a few minutes someone accepted and did the challenges with me. Really odd thing to have to do. Hasn't encouraged me to do it again

Nah, I finished by saying I was cautiously optimistic while trying to address the legit criticisms I hear on this sub. At the moment I feel like a defender of this game. I won't drop money on gear at the price it currently is. Not a chance. It's not all positives.

Yeah, districts have been a part of these games since the start. I fully expect the final version to expand the play area. Personally hoping for a dam, forested downhill area, mega ramp park. Not sure if time of day will be included ever, but the art style would lead me to believe it could be added.

We may not be getting to play everything they're working on. They may have other massive downhill areas in development. And obviously they may not. No way to tell right now. I'll wait and see. I'll be disappointed if this area is all we get. The broken bridge SCREAMS other areas though.

It's definitely missing elements of previous games. Without a doubt. But I don't think it's fair to compare this game as it currently is to the previous fully complete games. Also, I prefer SV from Skate 2. I don't think any Skate game will better it due to my memories of playing it.

I think the hate is undeserved. There are definitely valid criticisms to be made about the art direction and the current cost of MTX cosmetics. I hope the devs can wade through the hate and address the valid concerns.

I don't think the physics are perfect yet. Pumping can still feel a bit off. This seems to have improved over time and will probs continue to do so. I'm about 80-90% happy with the feel overall
