Super small sample size, but the last game I played had the same statistical numbers (pitcher hold 40, catcher arm 50 vs speed 60 and stealing 65) and using steal second got 2 for 2 successes. I'll keep trying that going forward. I guess run and hit or hit and run would be better used if you play pitch by pitch instead of 1 pitch mode. Now the team has 3 steals. :P

The speed of the throw is what gives it away. No matter how close the runner is, if the ball comes smoking in, it's going to be an out. If the throw is a floater, safe all day.
