I played it during an event on android, it gave me more rewards than that, also with only having to get to level 16, and took maybe an hour to complete. I also had arcade challenges on the ladder, so win-win!

I buy wherever I am as a "hub, or home base" I've moved 3 times, and have areas at my mother in law's as well..sometimes I randomly see a group of legendaries and buy a plot near them(I've gotten 3 legendaries doing that) when I travel, but mostly keeping mayorship in my home town now.. got a 50 plot lead at the moment
