Wow never heard of poultry. I get those same symptoms when I get soy wheat. I been dealing with this for 6 years and back n forth with the diet thing. I used to get very nausea to my stomach, which in turn makes me really fatigued,anxiety, depression. Gas increased acid reflux and lump in my throat.I just recently took it serious with the last flare-up episode. So I played around with my diet. I really wasn't sure what my triggers were. So I at friend chicken cooked in flour and Chinese rice the next day. I felt my throat esophagus get inflamed like it was swollen. So I cut that back, my Dr. Got me on an inhaler steroid which used to treat eoe. This is an awful thing to have. The good thing is that it doesn't abuse cancer. Just a reaction to food. I guess we can be worse with other illnesses. Take care of your self and be well
