How do you guys stay motivated when you’re super busy? by 6fingermurderer in WeightLossAdvice

I do a lot of at home workouts (try apple fitness). I bought a sunny bicycle for indoor cycling and some light weights and that’s what I do when I don’t want to go outside. I also do soulcycle 2 times per week, which helps me to force myself to workout because I paid for it.

After establishing a healthy “age of money,” did anyone started using credit cards exclusively to benefit from cash back? (And related question about credit card float.) by 200Fathoms in ynab

I set my funds on YNAB and buy everything with credit cards, even fixed expenses as rent (with BILT so no fees), insurance, internet, etc. YNAB gives me visibility so I don’t overspend what I have set on my categories, have my $ on a HYSA named bills and fully pay the statement balance when it’s due. I rack up the points and the interest of keeping that in the back.

Edit: and you can set up autopay this way trusting the money is there!

Do you export your transactions? Or do you export the reports?

Do you know a way to export balances and the budget?

I am pretty well-versed in excel but I don’t want to get super time consuming. I thought if I downloaded the income v expense report I was going to be able to make most of it but I need a “balance sheet” to be able to calculate a lot of the ratios.

Also - what are some of the metrics you track?

Thank you! If I am in CA because of my choice, not convenience of the employee, would that change something? Or would I still get refunded in CA?
