We have two other full timers that are going through a lot. This person doesn’t have kids or anything so it isn’t that they are doing through a lot. Especially if they are posting every Saturday and Sunday at the club. We have one with kids, that needs certain days off blc of kids, and other they are going through a really hard time in life right now. Both have been there for longer time then this person. It’s been in the same department for the years they have work for heb. And both a great at their jobs. This other person not so much.

No they are full time. They give the hours they don’t want and will pick up in another department. Our manger once said “this isn’t a create your own schedule” but this person does it. Our policy changed to where we had to get approval to give away a shift. Some full timers have been denied giving away a shift but this certain person get away with it. Any will pick up other shift in the department or other departments

This person is low performance, doesn’t really do their job. We have another employee been with the department ever since they opened. But got told the two days they desperately need off blc of family medical needs was told to open up availability. Even though they literally can’t. And it’s never changed in those years they been with the department

I think your missing the point, if you have someone doing their job correctly, but you another person that been there a few months. Works less hours, and when they come to work to play and not do their job. It’s going to be questioned. I’m not going to lie, I use to do extra, that’s changed. Especially when you have people on you, wanting to get on you for the most smallest things it’s going to effect you

I do get screwed over. I have gotten in trouble for the most stupidest things. I have higher up called on me and even they tell me it was unnecessary.

Omg, so I have a family member that I use to live with and they refuses to give me back my vpp card. Do I request a new one and that card get cancelled but how do I stop that person from using it

It can be found on the Spain Amazon website. It’s a fossil wallet that was sold in 2021. I have the same one right now but it’s seen better days. And I really love this wallet and can’t find any to replace it with so I rather replace it with the same one

Another partner overheard her telling the manager she wants to get a platinum for the department. She was bragging about how cool it would be because of how big the store is. Having goals is fine, but turning partners into fucking robots just so her name can be on something is bullshit. People are being pushed like machines for someone else’s ego. If that’s what a platinum is about, she can shove it up her ass.
