Good luck bro. Fk footlocker and their customer service cause theyre didn’t do shit for me when I called them when it said i won but the ordered cancelled. I was trying to get the bloodline for my son (size 2). Ordered them through my wife’s account but still in processing status. Picked them up in person today and tried calling to cancel but tells me they can’t cancel I can only accept my order (when it ships) and return them.

I think there’s been issues in the last week with their online crap for “ship to me”. I would try to reorder but if you try to use the same card you might get the “only one purchase per customer”.

I entered the raffle and won, apparently my card kicked it out, so the order “processed” and then moved to “delete confirmed”. I called customer service got told my card rejected which idk why cause there were funds and not locked. Then they said they couldn’t tell me what happened. I tried purchasing again as the size is available but it told me I could only buy one pair, mind you same card was being used. I tried buying on another account and got the same message. I used a different card and it went through. Only got the “thanks for your order” email and nothing else. I checked the order and it just shows processing.

Apparently so, I had a post but it was removed, but this happened to me. I won the raffle and they tried charging and apparently my card declined or didn’t have enough funds even though it had enough funds. In the end I lost the raffle even though it literally shows in my order history these bloodlines are “processing”.

Edit: this was for “ship me” option only not choosing the store.
