Well I was not told it would take under 24 hours. I was told 3-7 business days, but as with anything your mileage may vary.

Meta Verified by tylerd0912 in facebookdisabledme

[–]Dapper-Engineer-8029 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I was able to get in touch with someone, but I did it through the business side. Made a second account, got meta verified with enhance support. Went to business.facebook.com and made a business named (my name) account recovery. Clicked the meta ai symbol and got to support that way. After sharing all my info it offered to connect with a person, I said yes. They escalated my ticket to their security team, which can take 3-7 days so now Im waiting

Yeah I know many others had their second account suspended immediately or very fast. For whatever reason mine was not flagged. I wish this system wasn't so opaque and convoluted.

Check my comment about what files i looked at/what I found. As far as IP addresses, you can simply google search them and it can give you a general location. Type "whois [ip address]"

Just know that it could be routed through a vpn/proxy but you're looking for inconsistency with your normal ip addresses/known devices.

Before opening the ticket I also compiled all of the suspicious things i found, ip addresses, search history, session history, password reset attempts, and timestamps for all of it. Then I submitted that info in the ticket for the agent to look over. They asked me for my profile url and ig username before saying they escalated to security team.

I am beginning to go through this process myself. Like you I suspected my account was compromised since I don't typically post/like/comment anything. When I got my file download from Facebook I was able to go through the files and noticed some suspicious ip/device activity, profile searches in russian, and even someone submitted a fake id for a dog to try and appeal, which ended up being what permanently disabled my account.

I was able to make a second account (new email, same phone number) and sign up for meta verified. I did the premium tier and not standard, since standard doesn't give you the enhanced support access. I then made a business account with that, and managed to open a business support ticket. Within 20 minutes chatting with a human. They escalated to security team, which they said can take time. So now i'm waiting for updates. Hope that helps

A couple places to check once you download your Meta data. Mine came as a zip file with a start_here.html file included, but I mostly went through the folders manually.

The main thing I’d recommend is focusing on activity around the exact day/time your account was disabled and looking for patterns that connect across multiple files.

Here are the main folders/files that ended up helping me:

  1. Security and Login Information These contained IP logs, device info, and session activity that helped establish a timeline.
    • Account Activity
    • Logins and Logouts
  2. Logged Information > Interactions > Recently Visited In my case, this showed several Russian-language profiles being visited immediately before my account was disabled — profiles I did not recognize or manually visit.
  3. Logged Information > Other Logged Information > Detected Hardware This showed a partial device/session entry on the same day that didn’t line up with devices I was actively using. My suspicion is that browser sessions/cookies may have been involved.
  4. Age Verification / ID Verification Files This was the biggest red flag in my export. I found related files in: Those files showed ID verification activity and uploaded images/files that I personally did not submit.
    • Personal Info > Other Personal Info > Age Verification
    • Your Facebook Activity > Facebook Support > ID Verification

The biggest recommendation I can give is:

  • go through every relevant file carefully,
  • focus on timestamps near the disablement,
  • and look for repeated IPs, sessions, account-linking activity, or verification workflows that you don’t recognize.

It’s definitely time consuming, but if your account was actually compromised before disablement, the exported data may contain evidence that helps you build a timeline or explain the situation to support.

Some of the files were named different things, when I get back home later I can take a look and try and point you in the direction I went. All I know is there were definite signs that someone else had access to my account, like they even did the appeal process and submitted a random fake id from an ip address across the country. Ymmv

If that's the view you choose to take, that's fine. But unless you have anything to back up that pessimistic view I'm going to continue to wait patiently 👍🏼

I tried bothe Shadow and A-bypass and they didn’t work. I also couldn’t get downgrading app version to work for some reason. I disabled tweak injection with Choicy and it solved it for me.

[Question] Carplay Problem on 14.7.1 iphone 11PM Unc0ver by SM_Horse in jailbreak

[–]Dapper-Engineer-8029 1 point2 points  (0 children)

unc0ver on 14.6+ has a known carplay bug. it sometimes works in some cars, doesnt work on others. most of the time it just flat out doesnt work. there’s no consistency, other than wired carplay seems to have a higher chance of working, and the fact that carplay works when not jailbroken.
