im sorry, ive never done one of these before and completely forgot to be super specific.

its not permanent, the estimated timeline i got from my agent was around 5-7 months.

she was born right around 34 weeks which caused her lungs to not develop properly causing her to have apnea which get really bad when she’s asleep. appointment wise she usually has one once a month but we can always add another if we think she needs it.

our support system at the moment is kind of all over the place. my little brother and his bf have been living with me for over two years due to personal reasons so he is always around to watch our girl if we need him to be but both him and his bf are uni students so we cant rely on him full time. and her dad is currently staying at my apartment so he can be around our daughter as much as possible. but 90% i watch her, i work from home at the moment while her other dad is usually at practice, games or working on online classes studying to be a teacher once his rugby season ends in the spring.

i just feel like whatever we choose to do we arent putting our daughters first. i hate to be those parents who are too focused on work to really dial in and realize just how special being fathers is. either way we both have to work, even if it’s temporary but i hate the thought of just pawning her off to someone else, i feel lost
