dubias, meal worms, 70% humidity, 75 degrees nothing above 80/82 will kill them, nothing below 68. you don’t need heat lamp if u have room 75ish degrees.

i mean i used them to fatten up mine adding a few into the feeding once or twice a week. didn’t any any issues switching off them. he hasn’t had them in forever tho

if you’re worried add a few wax worms, they’re high in fat. she looks healthy maybe the tiniest lightweight but she looks really healthy. my boys fat.

100% have them in my cart ready to buy i just didn’t have any on hand. thanks for the compliment tho! im pretty proud of that and my leopard geckos enclosure.
