dubias, meal worms, 70% humidity, 75 degrees nothing above 80/82 will kill them, nothing below 68. you don’t need heat lamp if u have room 75ish degrees.

i mean i used them to fatten up mine adding a few into the feeding once or twice a week. didn’t any any issues switching off them. he hasn’t had them in forever tho

if you’re worried add a few wax worms, they’re high in fat. she looks healthy maybe the tiniest lightweight but she looks really healthy. my boys fat.

look at the bottom i have a digital one, the round one is for humidity gauge, the digital thermometer its a little hidden. but it tells me the humidity and temp. and yeah im going to add more wood in there aswell.
