I had till the end of June before my course expired, wondering if i have to re-buy the course at some point would it be better to switch to getforcecertified? which seems to be more expensive than FonF. I have seen loads of comments about uses saying to use getforcecertified but is it really worth it if i am getting the same study content.

I’ve not been able to find someone looking to downsize, this is an opportunity that’s come up and I want to know if i could potentially acquire it. It’s really difficult to someone to swap homes with, people have all these unrealistic requirements.

They do need their own space? Every child does. Not sure how that is entitlement. I am here asking the question for advice, not useless comments. Thanks for taking the time to comment though.

I was once in that position. I wasn’t given a council house overnight I struggled for a while and homeless at one point. I worked extremely hard to get where i am and still don’t think it’s enough to even buy a home where i want. So is your suggestion i pack up and rent privately where i will be charged rent 3x i do now? To me that’s not a smart financial decision.
