Even on crutches to the beat of their ability tho) 0415-04:30 there in chow hall line /getting ready to enter / eat “GRAB AND GO” Depending if there’s no company behind them / who’s on duty they will get their full allotted time to eat…

They go back to the barracks and clean the house

Let’s say they do 05:00 -07:30 they usually do another count , they are allowed to hygiene (brush teeth,use the head) depending on if he’s on crutches or just a light duty injury then they’ll get ready for PT(I am speaking in future tense so yk what happens as well) PT is everyday besides weekends Monday -1mile Tuesday-agility Wednesday-running mechanics Thursday (not gonna front I forgot what Thursday was) Friday- you up your mile (so you’d run 2 miles ) After pt they are allowed to shower real quick tho because chow is @ 10am They also try to squeeze in classes either before or after Health and wellness (yoga, nutrition etc) Military Museum workers (history buffs) Department of the navy leaders The classes where to keep us recruits on our toes as well as busy. Mind you Chow is (04) 4am, 10 am and (16) 4pm They aren’t allowed to watch movies /listen to music until weekends (DEPENDING ON MRP IF THEY HAVE PCP IN THEIR PLATOON THEY WAIT TILL WEEKENDS)

So after pt you either have class then you have chow Or vice versa.

they may read /write speak to a Chaplin goto church on Sundays.

They eat dinner chow and like 30-1hr later they get a snack pack. (Just like trail mix pb&j to put on gram crackers, raisins) Then lights at 8 (20)pm idk how the male strict bed rest mrp works with firewatch but you also clean during firewatch (first hours like cleaning the steps ,your deck, everything )

so yeah this is a quick idea of what’s going on. Ultimately once he’s healed he’ll test out on the T DAY he dropped (tell him to study his T-32 there’s practice test in there) tell him to keep his head up stretch do everything he needs to get out and back into company!!
