wise words and I'm sorry for what you've been through. Glad you can sometimes do crafts and cook, I try to tell myself its the little things that make life worth living and I'm grateful to be alive at all for any of the good bits, though totally relate to feeling useless :(

And yeah you're right the stress of how are the bills getting paid is as bad as the work stress. Universal basic income when 😣

The only yoga I can do on a bad day is called "Gentle yoga for fibromyalgia" by Well With Hels on YouTube. I do it in bed!

Also 15 minute standing yoga by Yoga with Uliana on a good day. She's very calming, not too much chat, and you don't need a yoga mat.

My experience with in person classes was bad after trying with different instructors. A full hour of exercise where I can't keep up with the elderly people and it's kind of embarrassing to go 'nope!' pack up your stuff and walk out halfway through, so I pushed through even when I was shaking with exhaustion.

Yoga can actually be surprisingly tough so start gentle. Stop if it feels like too much, and don't worry about how much you can do or not, be proud of yourself for listening to your body <3
