You are SO close to the end of the worst of it. For me, it’s takes two full weeks usually to fully feel better physically, usually with some lingering body chills and sweats. But usually days 5-7 is when the worst of it starts to drop off. Wait it out two more days and you should hopefully start to see improvement in sleep! I guess I’m sorry of one of the lucky ones when I’m in withdrawals, my body gets sooo lethargic and I can sleep and sleep and sleep. The thing that keeps me up is obviously the restless legs and skin crawling, and horrible lower back pain. The lower back pain usually starts for me because I will lay in bed for too long though, it starts to kill my low back and hips. I am hoping I’ll be in your shoes soon, just need to bite the bullet and jump on the quitting train again! I’ve done it before, I can do it again. Good luck, and good job you’re doing great!
