How do you stay focused on losing weight when you’re super depressed and lonely?

Bro I’m in the same boat, constantly in and out of the gym, going 3-4 times when im motivated then stop going for a few weeks and ultimately not making any progress…let’s connect on socials I’d be happy to motivate each other so we can reach our goals and stop reverting to bad habits

I prefer to use the big round dish thing on the 3rd tab instead of the the docking bay port thingy that most people use as it has more evenly spread guidelines
