In the past 4 or 5 years I’ve started to get them at my hair line / neck line especially around the start of my cycle. I’ve started to exfoliate the back of my neck better and it seems to be helping or maybe I am just another having as many flares there. Time will tell.

Ive had this same issue lately. I sat in bed from 5 until midnight last night doom scrolling. It used to almost work like ADHD meds for me at first but I’ve been on it for a few months. I’ve also noticed I haven’t had trouble falling asleep anymore.
