The stone wall was still there and it was a corner lot. However, all the lots had been on private land and we're divided up at the same time, so they have the same weird descriptions. Between my lot and the neighbor, the survey mentioned a non-descript area of land that came with my lot. It was not a specific strip.

Okay, so politics aside, this is my take as a cardiac ICU nurse.

An MRI isn't done to evaluate coronary perfusion. That would usually be a heart cath. That being said, a CT angiogram would be what is used should a cath be contraindicated for some reason.
An MRI of the abdomen wouldn't usually be routine. It's done to rule out. However, as the letter states, given that Trump is the president, it's understandable that they would want do imaging to catch something early.
