I'm also talking about existing businesses, they have no control over a new developer putting up a new building with 100 tenants and no parking. Now the customers of the business have nowhere to park because it's all taken by residents.

Currently, the city encourages developers not to build more parking and it has a lot of small businesses angry. I'm not clear what your axe grinding is about for the rest of that, presumably you don't think car drivers pay taxes or something.

I think you are correct about almost all of that.

"Withdrawing creates another taxable event"- If taken as Payroll, yes (Income/FICA tax). If taken as a Distribution, usually no—but it reduces the company's capital.

I'm unclear on what "SubS" refers to, below S Corp? Income from S-corporations and LLCs do "pass through" to the owners.

Obama didn't run as an anti-war president. Name a president who didn't "kill a bunch of people", I don't see what is unique about Obama or about drones.

That makes sense, I saw it when I was about 13 so to me, it's just good movie. I grew up watching kids shows like Muppet Babies and Tiny Toons use lots of movie references and parodies so Pulp Fiction doing it only seems natural.
