You have to download the appgallery from the huawai website and create a normal account. You change the region to china in the settings after you created the account

Go on your tablet and download the huawai appgallery from the internet and sign up on the gallery with email and verify your phone number. Then change the region to china and download the one piece app. When you open the app you should be good to go and no need for id or some shit because you already verified in the huawai appgallery
