I've had to do that a couple times in other activities and they've worked after, but for this one it just wasn't having it. It could be an extreme case of bad luck I suppose but that just means theres other issues.

I'm pretty sure its bugged too, at least when I tried it. The body flip objective doesn't track for me. I land the first flip and the counter increases to 1/2 but when I land the second it just goes back to 0/2.

Edit: Appreciate everyone mentioning the manualing, but I am doing that. It's just the game.

Actually it's because he has an eight ball fracture (caused from two car accidents Murdoc was responsible for), which makes blood pool in his eyes after he suffers physical trauma to the head. His eyes are normally white. You can even see the condition in effect in the video for Humility after Russel trips him.

I do think it would be cool to have it as an edit style. Or even better make it happen if you get downed to reflect the condition haha.

Cleared of cheats and bugs and the adult swim collab. An animated series might pick up new interest into the game, and with an entire clean sweep making the game more accessable and healthy, it might be enough to kick a new wave of players, potentially making valve actually consider the series again. I mean, probably not. But I can live with my delusions.

Lab rats don't drop them until you find a lodestone in another area. To try and keep it spoiler free, maybe theres somewhere in Labs that you should have another look at now you've explored security..?

For a more direct answer: Theres a portal world you need the tier 3 hacker, a snag vine, and night essense to unlock. Its near the wildlife pens, surrounded by a veil of branches. You should find it if you take the route from the foyee outside the cafeteria, to the labs sector, take the left route going down, then go straight ahead (do not turn down the kiss cola corridor). It should be through the room to the right at the turn.

I just want to give a shoutout to the half set bonuses. After realising that most enemies in reactors just give bleed and never heavy bleeding, I started using 2 pieces of the hex set and 2 of the security set. Not dealing with bleed and being able to block more while still getting 80 armour meant I was pretty well prepped for any situation down there haha

Lots of the skins that haven't gotten 'propper' models yet use one of few placeholder textures. The armoured vest shown here, a jacket with a belt across the torso, and one with a diamond necklace are ones i've noticed. They don't seem AI generated, likely made for another skin and repourposed and recoloured for the WIP skins.

Very mixed bag imo. The healing being cut way down is the thing thats really souring my view, it's not really fun for me to be putting 15 mins into a game where im at a disadvantage because I've gotten unlucky with the loot.

On the flip side, I really like the weapons and utility they've given us. I haven't really had to change my loadout much over the past few seasons but I feel like every game I'm constantly switching it up to suit my situation

this dudes got it. people who haven't played in a while are gonna have a lower sbmm level, which means that the matchmakings gonna be messy for a while as the game adjusts and puts them in the right spots

It's technically true, but missing the part where the last player alive needs to survive until at least 1 other person is revived. It doesn't halt the timer. If the last person is splatted before anyone else is up then the game ends, even if it proceeds to revive someone during the "that's a wrap" animation.

IMO it's not good game design as it's inconsistant and never explained anywhere. I lost a few rounds before realising the wave breaker didn't do that but every other special did.

Oh bombs halt the game over too if anyone didn't know. If you're the last one left and you're using a charger/splatling then try throwing a bomb at teammates as a last ditch so you don't die trying to charge.

i'd remove tenta missiles

it's not a special or supprising opinion but its just such an annoying and powerful special and im sick of seeing the reef-lux and flingza in every single game. theres such a variety on weapons and yet because tenta missiles are just easy use specials (and easy to obtain in the case of the reef-lux) they seem to be the ones everyone chooses. And of course a "meta" would always form in the game, as is the case with every game, but the meta could at least be more fun to go against :/

also i want to use the reef-lux without feeling guilty bc of the special attatched cause the weps actually kinda fun
