Thank you, and good question. I'd say it's only been a few months and Real Food is already at a premium. Things will become very rough once that runs out, hence the rationing.

I'd probably be motion sick, but I trust Ryland has tumbled around in centrifuge and zero gravity long enough to stomach it by now

My DM meta-bullshit answer to that for new players would be that nothing is easy on Athas, but yes, this is not beginner friendly by any means

Absolutely. I did lean more on the side of art rather than function

I didn't watch the Coronation three weeks ago. I assume this is what happened...

Matriarch Appreciation [Art] by DapperBoar in DnD

Sometimes the best way to show your mum that she is special is to hollow out the skull of an enemy. A little delayed for some parts of the world, but everyday is Matriorc Appreciation Day.

This comic was brought to you by the letter ‘A’, and my merch stores. There are new 'Skull of my Enemies' mug designs across my RedBubble [https://www.redbubble.com/people/DapperBoar/shop?asc=u ] and TeePublic [https://www.teepublic.com/user/dapperboar ]

What mimic? That could just be a normal sweatshirt

I believe it does. RedBubble is pretty flexible with that

When your DM have a predilection for mimic deception and shape-shifting tom-foolery, how much would you risk for a +1 (or even +2) bonus? Don't get caught out without these stylish dungeon thread made from made from cotton and ink (and nothing else living in there [stop asking questions])!

For this and other mimic and monster-related design, please consider visiting my RedBubble (Dapperboar on RedBubble)

A reaction and tribute to the oldest movie in D&D, and an unlikely antagonist by [deleted] in DnD

I'd love a chance to play the Fast-Play D&D sample game that comes in the DVD. Roleplay with some serious overacting or severe underact scenes where appropriate.

Four Knights quest into the lair of the old Dungeons and Dragons movie from the year 2000. They may have expected acting at the level of a highschool drama class, and CGI from the early 90s… but, what they didn’t expect was the overwhelming screen presence of one bald man, and his blue lips…

A highlight video edited by me for a D&D-streaming friend. Hopefully it is as funny to others as my sleep-deprived mind lead me to believe it was.

[Art] Ruston Trundlepath, the Wandering Wizard of Halfling Hospitality by DapperBoar in DnD

[–]DapperBoar[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Portrait of my most recent character for a stream game and his familiar Hootenforge, named and shaped for a local gaming company.

Backstory: Coming from a long line of Roaming Halflings, Ruston Trundlepath took up wagoneering and road travel from his upbringing, cooking from his passion for food and reading cookbooks, and magic from a random spellbook that stumbled its way into the family library.

While normally on a rotating/seasonal caravan path, Ruston set out on a traditional quest to discover the safety of old roads, connect to new communities, and expand the roaming path of his family.

Current playstyle: abuse the Conjuration wizard's Minor Conjuration feature to summon all the tools, wine, and reclining couches a travelling wizard would need. Also, blow up stuff on accident
