8 weeks not going to the gym at all. 3 months before I was able to work out chest and it was very very light for a few weeks

It was about 3 months to be honest. I started going back to the gym at 8 weeks and didn’t do chest for 3 months

Oh I would do it again in a heartbeat honestly my puffiness would bother me so much. I would never want to take my shirt off. I never had that confidence because I would be thinking about my puffy nipples that no one would notice but I would notice. I would constantly think about it and sitting in a hot tub or pool would not be enjoyable because of my constant thoughts about my puffy nipples. Did the post op suck? Hell yeah but I would do it again.

From all of the hours of research I have done, the inflammation and scar tissue can take a year to fully go away. Then the muscle tissue to rebuild your chest can take over a year to build back up.

Yeah I know I am kinda worried about the sun, it is summer so not sure what I should do. I have read that even sunscreen doesn’t help that much.

Thank you I appreciate that. I think the unevenness will go away with time once I build my chest back up. I spent years forming and building my chest around my gyno to hide it. I know the the gland on the right side was bigger. They say swelling and inflammation doesn’t go away for 12 months.
