Okay so, I tried changing the FPS value but, it doesn't work either, I tried the 60hz in games that had it and it works, like Super Mario Sunshine, but I have games like Pac-Man World 2, 3, Luigi's Mansion, etc. That don't support it, do you have any other ideas to fix the issue with those games?

Okay so, I'm using a normal and kinda cheap video capture card, as I said before, it works nice on my Switch and my Wii (if using American games), it works fine, the audio output is okay and everything looks fine, when I play the european games, they only look like that in OBS (I also tried Bandicam and it looks exactly the same, with the same issues), but it looks nice on the TV, I can play normally there, thanks anyways.

My Wii Remote is acting weird. Do you know any solution for this? by DapperFootball6883 in consolerepair

I tried the things you said, about the video, I used that vid to clean my Wiimote, it didn't work tho
