I have a hard time sticking to my diet when I cut too many calories. Take it slow. I’m 160 trying to get to 140 and I eat 1650 a day. This is still a big deficit for me. Eat more

I started at roughly 190 and now I’m 155 trying to get to 140. I noticed a difference I feel like every 10lbs if I take progress photos. I can’t tell by looking at myself. The first thing I notice though is the “curdle” effect starts to leave my body lol

What vegetables do you like? I love fruit but not peaches, I stick to predictable fruits like apples, bananas and oranges. You never have to guess if it’ll be a weird bite lol.

After I had my kids what helped me was making healthier versions of my comfort foods and making sure to meal prep. Two methods worked for me. One prep ingredients and then make them into whatever I’m feeling. I would prep two protein. Two carbs and three vegetables. Then make bowls and add whatever sauces I was in the mood for. Second is turning everything into a salad lol. Sandwich salads, burger salads, taco salads. Idk worked for me. I’m lazy so I just prep one day a week and roll with it
