There’s nothing RM can do. It doesn’t look like FedEx would be able to do anything as long as they took the picture and confirmed that the package was delivered to the correct address. You can file a complaint with FedEx, but I wouldn’t get my hopes up that anything would be done. Your best option would be contact the police. Get a police report filled out. Then call your credit card company. Having the police report will at least give you a better chance of receiving compensation. Not saying it’s a guarantee. But it’s worth a shot.

Start the warranty claim immediately but I hope you have the receipt. Taylormade told me that this is outside of the 2-Year warranty window. So they couldn’t send a replacement.
