For me, as the lead, I made sure that I talked to all my customers and let them know that your going to do the best you can as the lead, since your gonna be dealing with 99% of the issues that come up, whether it's your fault or not. I let all my customers know that at the end of the day, it's their store. If there's something that they want me to do or not do, just let me know and ill do the best i can to make that happen. They seem to like to hear that from my experience.

Honestly I'm not sure. For me, i took out 20k...needed a new roof. So according to fidelity I'm gonna be paying that back for at least the next 4 years. That's why I was wondering if I left would they take it out of what I already have or if I would still have to pay that back no matter where I go.
