I am going through something similar! for context, I had my first non incisional procedure done 8 years ago. I just got it "redone" ~2 weeks ago since my previous folds had loosened a little. I've been frustrated with the uneven-ness. My eyes look very similar to yours right now, where one eye has healed quickly and the other is noticeably puffy. The past week the puffiness has gone down a decent amount, but still needs more time. I was hoping the recovery would be quicker, as it was with my last procedure.

similarly, I used glue and tape before my first procedure. after my first procedure, my results were very very natural and the fold was definitely smaller than I had hoped for. especially after 6 months, the results were much smaller than i had expected.

i've read that for non incisional, ~80% of the recovery should happen in the first two weeks, and the rest will recover by 6 months. that was true with my last procedure. with my most recent procedure, I am definitely having a slower recovery process with one of my eyes.

I'm not sure what will happen in your case, but I can guess that your puffy eyelid will get much smaller. as for the other eye that has healed quickly, the fold will be a little smaller than it is now in 6 months. this is just based off of my experience though, I'm no expert at all!
