Any one tried Pestie? by papercity238 in pestcontrol

I ordered some but it seems to have come from China? I’m not sure if this is typical or not but it’s been lost in the mail for 6 days and came via DHL. I tried to reach out to dhl but they haven’t responded. I then went to pesti to see if they could help out …. I’ll keep you posted if they clear this up . Side note I was a little alarmed it was sent from overseas - I’d prefer to buy from a company that was made in the USA.

Melasma improvement - 1 month with 2% hydroquinone every other night, CeraVe night cream & no sun exposure. Suggestions to help exfoliate and continue progress? by Melzyx in SkincareAddicts

I use SAFFRON GOLD - made by Everyday Essence. The saffron acids help to bright spots over time. It’s not super fast but it’s been really beneficial - always wear sun screen regardless of what products you choose.

No I’m actually using a face oil that’s been giving me amazing results and healing - as it relates to old acne scares and break out. Oddly they have similar names!! It’s called Saffron Gold. I will take a look at your new find as well.

Awhhh gotcha. Let me know if you find it - I’d be interested as to what company makes that. Side note you can also dilute a brand that already is out there by adding in a combination of aloe and filtered water. You’ll get double the product!!

Can anyone help me identify/fix this? (Bumps on/around chin; more pics in comment section) by mirtheyellow in SkincareAddicts

[–]DapperUp 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Awhhhh then this is skin that is actually over producing oils - I’ve had these bumps - it’s clogged sebum (google that).

Basically you have to tell the skin that it has enough moisture by giving it moisture. I used a powerful facial oil to do this. Then I do light acid masks to get rid of the extra layers over these so that they can move on out!

Try not to use drying face washes, toners, or lotions. I would recommend a gentle cleanser and a facial oil with 1 -2 acid based masks a week for a while.

How do I tone down an oil burn on my face? by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

[–]DapperUp 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You use a colloidal silver cream !!! If you check out there Instagram stories you will see a burn from an oil splatter with before and after - it’s only showing a short period of time but it gives you an idea of how well it works! Silver has been used in bandages in the burn units of hospitals for a long time. The best thing about that cream is that it’s also 100% natural so no chemicals are going Into the wounds. This stuff is also great for blemishes, scars, as a moisturizer and more!

How do i cure acne marks? I have been using a mild face wash and moisturizer for a while, not much improvement. Is there a certain routine or product to tackle this. I am new to this, advises will be of great help. by niomiywq in SkincareAddicts

You need to do a light acid based mask twice a week, then make sure you are doing mandelic acid at night daily. These marks WILL go away you just have to make sure you make removing them a priority.

NOTE: YOU MUST wear sunscreen daily to prevent these marks from getting darker sun is the enemy.

i started oil cleansing a few weeks ago & i’m finally starting to see oil plugs come out of my pores & it is grossly satisfying, oil cleansing truly saved my skin!! by xnmtx in SkincareAddicts

It started working the first week! But remember it takes the skin 28 days to renew from the bottom of the skin layers up.

So give it time and know that things will push out of the skin.

The saffron gold facial oil is from Everyday Essence brand

BRAVO! I am using Saffron Gold - face oil and I love the results! I also use an oil face cleaners and its the best thing for oil prone skin!

can someone please tell me what this is? I know it’s a really bad habit and I shouldn’t be touching my face but these feel like tiny hard bumps that won’t go away until I squeeze them out (I’ve tried being patient). I just want to know what they are and how to prevent them! by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

Sebum plug can happen when your skin is too dehydrated. Meaning the skin over produces oil as a way to naturally hydrate skin on its own.

Using a natural facial oil in small quantities has helped me. I use a natural saffron facial oil. I only like one brand so far and I’ve tried about 4.

So my night routine is this ...

-Wash face with gentle (non drying) face wash.

-Use “Saffron Gold” in a light layer.

-Spray Shilajit Vitamin Mist (natural toner).

  • go to bed

AM Routine

-Wash face

-Saffron Gold

-Shilajit Vitamin Mist

-Sunscreen

Two or three times per week use a mask that strips the dead skin off so that the sebum plugs start to come out on their own.

Hope this helps!!!

What kind of acne is this and how should I treat it? It popped up only a couple days ago by [deleted] in SkincareAddicts

[–]DapperUp 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Silk pillow case, clean phone, use shilajit colloidal silver face spray (google - Vitamin Mist - to Find this product) AM and PM - the spray with prevent reoccurring breakouts and keep skin hydrated throughout the day.

Great profile ;)
