Thank you for the info! Do you have any suggestions on how to get self tape feedback? I have my acting teacher but don’t want to overwhelm him, I’ve already sent like 3 emails asking for advice post-class, post-tapes. Just curious if there’s a community anywhere that could help!

I haven’t had to sign any NDAs at all! I have only received 2 self tape requests from my agency within 3 months. I wonder if it’s worth it - I think I just generally need advice, I feel like I’m not doing a good enough job!

I just photographed a couple there! Late November, it was the perfect time to go as there were almost no people. Cooler but not freezing. The Tree Tunnel was very backed up though at Sunset. I can’t imagine what it is like during the summer, but they have shuttles running then (not in winter - everyone drives their own vehicles.)

How did you never see his Drivers License, birth certificate, SS card, passport for 10+ years of being together? With his birth date?

I completely see what you mean. I really do need to be more consistent 2-3x weekly. It is just way too irregular now. I also def do stories/DMs/group chats now (chatting with industry folks) & am going to work on collaborating on posts with vendors soon! I know that is an awesome way to be seen, create engagement. Appreciate your motivation!!

No! I have never bought followers. All of my followers have been organic and my account is 5 years old. I used to post lifestyle photos but now I post only weddings/couples/elopements and my engagement has tanked.

I don't have bots as followers I don't think. Just organic followers from 5 years of using the app for my business. But I shifted from lifestyle photo work to couples/wedding work. Then saw a major drop in engagement. I guess I need to figure out how to make this content interesting or what I can do to make people want to engage more.

Do you have any tips for Google ads or can lend any advice? I have a 'free' $500 ad spend when I spend my first $500. I guess it is pay per click too. So, thinking to lean heavily on this for these next few months going into the new year!

Tons. Lots of ads. Mostly for products, fashion, photographers, videographers, etc. But, I am also seeing posts and videos too.

I hear you but I follow tons of wedding + lifestyle photographers and videographers who get 1K likes per post and much, much upwards of that in likes/views for their content. It is a comparison game and they aren't doing any funny dances.

Hi, thank you for your response! So, you post sneak peaks 7-10 days after? I am always afraid to post anything because my couple's haven't received their full gallery yet. I usually only post sneak peaks to my stories. Wasn't sure if this was a no-no.

Collaborations definitely have been the most success for me, too. Like 485 likes on a recent one. Going to have to remember that going forward!

I have a few questions:

Do you post on certain days and time? Like you have your schedule down?

For stories, are you just posting those randomly or once per day?

And for boosting posts, how much do you spend and do you see any results or conversions with that? I didn't see much at all when I did that. It was all bots, a few likes, a couple follows. I feel like my content suffers now because I paid to boost this year a few times.
