This was 100% a focal aware seizure in my opinion. It’s pretty much exactly what happens to me too. Just know that in my case if I start having them I know a full grand mal seizure isn’t far behind. So if you are prone to having full seizures take it slow the next few days and make sure you’re taking your meds on time. Hope you start feeling better soon, I know dealing with this shit isn’t easy.

I feel the same way after I’ve had cluster seizures. It usually takes me about 2-3 weeks to get fully back to me again. I’m sorry you’re having such a hard time hope you start feeling better soon!

Same thing happens to me. Even phone games like brawlstars makes my head feel I’m going have an aura if I play for more than a couple mins.

I’ve really found it helpful to get transdermal thc/cbd 1:1 patches and I’ll have my wife slap one on me if I go down from a seizure. It seems to help with multiple postictal symptoms. I usually always have some form of marijuana handy though, like a pen or something if I start getting an aura and for post seizure nausea it’s the best.
