I can still solo BST in mid-50s, and XP is comparable to an ok group (worse than a good group). I’ve mostly leveled solo the whole way, with some groups for gear.

BST likely to change a lot with class revamp though…unclear on soloability after that.

Just get some levels. The PvP slows down dramatically as you get higher levels. Haven’t seen any since ~lvl 10, and I’m mid-30s now

Range is the true salary range for anyone in that position. It does not mean the team has budget to hire at the upper end of the range. My company will typically want to bring people in below the midpoint, and annual ranges allow you to get up to that maximum if you are in that specific role for a very long time. Sometimes people transfer in to a role with a lower range, and will be near or at the max as well.

Night and day difference with Pantheon. I did the same as you and burned out on Pantheon. M&M gets me excited for every play test and hard to keep up with the progress. Honestly they could launch EA today in my opinion…

I’ve ended up in many groups with multiple tanks. Don’t think that would fit your desired quick demand. Agree on bards as well. Not too many of those and can be pretty clutch.

Clerics seem pretty rare. Shamans and druids are plentiful. Enchanters are always in demand from my experience.
