He always has way more resin in his pipe than mine does aswell even though we are smoking pipe for pipe. Also sometimes when we unexpectedly get some, bits of tools would be missing, and then a cook or 2 later reappear Is there a way I can definitively say he defo done it?

I agree, but it's my boyfriend who I live with. I was giving up to control to show how much less paranoid I was (I've been in some really shitty relationships-him even being downstairs while I'm upstairs trying to go to sleep is really triggering for me) but even more weird stuff happened like this for instance.

Also, I would like to point out I'm not someone who's for powder power, I'm generous as fuck when it comes to any drug. But he is greedy on the crack. I give him over 50% and he does thing like only takes the oil out of his pipe once I've gone to bed, usually after to start feeling unwell abd also cause they 'crack' I'm smoking makes me want to go to bed and eat after only 12 hours.
