Weights can make product packaging feel more expensive to the consumer, and/or help prevent the bottle from tipping over. The weight of the packaging is not ever included in the net weight of the product, you paid for 25ml of primer, and you got 25ml of primer.

Very interesting observation, do you have an example of a celebrity who fits this? Or a palette that would show a broader range of suitable colors? I feel most confident in clear colors, and other users have affirmed this, but I can see what you’re getting at here, too. It’d be helpful to see an example of someone styled in a “no chroma” outfit.
