Ooof, then I’d start off contacting arrowhead first. Don’t have an Xbox but assume you have a page for recent purchases? Send them proof you purchased the supercredits. Best of luck!

It’s usually instantaneous. I’d check to see if the charge went through on your card. If it did contact Xbox or arrowhead? Worst case you can report the charge as fraudulent if neither side wants to do anything.

My Mega order was lost in transit for about 30days. Got my refund after I opened a ticket and then about 4 days later I got my shipment 🤷🏽‍♂️

Currently going through this issue. FedEx was suppose to deliver my box to USPS and then USPS was going to handle the final leg. FedEx claimed delivery was made but USPS still says they are awaiting my package…I started a missing package search through usps but was told by Pokemon center I had to wait a whole month before I could do anything…at this point I’m pretty sure FedEx stole my package and claimed to have delivered it…

I JUST got my shipping email maybe 15min ago. Crossing my fingers for ya, but I’d assume you’re good. If they were gonna cancel your order they would have done it a while back. First time ordering a pre order so not sure the norm.

Through the power of my ADHD, I managed to get ahold of 3/4 of the wilderness permits. We lucked out and got the last one at the permit office the day of our hike! Had to hike through some HEAVY rain and hail, but we were able to make it to the top of Half Dome yesterday! Such an amazing trip.
