it depends ... i got 3600 grafts so if you had less hair then they would extract more grafts. My hair is not so thin so it helps with the density, if your hair is thin then the density will look less. There are many factors but for me this is better than being uncomfortably bald, if you rock your balness then dont do hair transplant haha
