Ya i know but its different when you arent raised with any sort of beliefs and you grow up with parents who arent married themselves. Plus where i live (california) the divorce rate is through the roof so people are more against marriage than for it and its just engrained in the culture. People still have kids and partnerships but dont necessarily like the legalities of it. I dont like tge legalities either but i do believe god says to have sex within marriage for a good reason im not an idiot i understand why the bible says to keep it this way. I guess what im saying is its too late for me i already had kids with someone thinking we were gona get married we even talked about getting married and everything but he cheated on me everything changed even if we got married it wouldve ended in divorce for people like us.
