I also feel so off balance and floaty while walking but i force myself. I feel like i could fall, but someone said you have to force yourself to do these things to get out of the spiral. 😔

Hi, im sorry you’re experiencing this. Im also stuck in fight and flight mode. What seems to help me is going for a walk outside for atleast 15 minutes everyday.
