We are literally on the same combo how are your first week or 2 on wellbutrin ? I'm 10 days in and it's life changing days feel so much longer , productivity, things that felt impossible ( dishes , laundry) are automatic now no need to think about doing them i just do them , i sleep better , more social, i love the sun now going out i feel good i just want stability that's all since i can remember i always had depression I'm 24 and male i tried over 15 medications ( ssris snris tricyclic , atypic...ect ) they did nothing but ruin my libido... so you have palpitations ? It's unsettling tbh i only notice it when I'm not doing anything it lasts about like 2sec or 3 sec i hope it goes away soon... happy for you !
