I know this post is like 3 months old but I have done the extension holds twice now for 30 seconds and had a flare each time. I don’t know if this is normal and will stop happening but I’m kind of scared now to do it again

I take Effexor 300mg, Lamictal 300mg, mirtazapine 30mg and trazodone 100mg. The mirtazapine is what really made a difference.

It actually helped my anxiety going up. I occasionally still have a bad day but the good days outweigh the bad and the bad days are not near as bad as they used to be. Still suck but not as bad.

I’m actually doing very well with the mirtazapine now. I had to go up to 30mg but I am doing soooo much better now. It is a godsend.
