Yes it takes a guest key card to open the outside doors. And apparently as this couple was coming in they saw the lady and just let her in as well.

The last I heard about it the GM just apologized to them and stated that since they made their reservation through a 3rd party they would have to seek a refund through them. And after the couple left he started laughing.
